New respawn locations and zed/loot spawn while in vehicle

I have now added new spawn locations for players. I have also changed the zombie and loot spawn behaviour.

List of changes:
- Respawn not bound anymore only to the coast. You now can spawn further in land
- increased respawn locations to 28 (default is 4).
- 13 of the respawn locations are now HALO jump/parachute spawn (use mousewheel to deploy chute. warning! there is a small delay before the chute deploys
- Zombies and loot will spawn when in vehicle. Same distance and amount still apply for zombies and loot.
- Zombies will attack vehicles with players inside. Currently it doesn't seem to affect the vehicle even though there is code to trigger vehicle damage. So for now at least it will be an annoyance and alert other players around.

Any issues or comments on this then please let me know.

Hi there,

There seems to a problem with the parachute drops, the chute doesnt come and people splat to the ground.
Don't know if its lag or anyting else.
