Reconnect penalty going negative.

Reconnect penalty going negative.

Connecting to the server gives me a reconnect penalty (even tho i didn't disconnect before)
it counts from 60 seconds and down to 0, after that it goes negative.
any suggestions about what i should do? since i would really like to play on this server.

Reconnect penalty feature has been removed due to multiple complains
